Last week, the JMS One team had the absolute pleasure of attending the Norfolk Care Awards at Sprowston Manor, hosted by the amazing Norfolk Care Association. What a day! It was full of energy, passion, and some truly inspiring conversations about the future of care.

We met so many incredible providers and professionals who are dedicating their lives to improving care across Norfolk. From registered managers to operations leads, one thing was clear: everyone wants to make life easier for their staff and residents, but the technology holding them back is a shared frustration.

Many homes told us about still using paper rotas, manual sign-in sheets, and juggling multiple systems for recruitment, payroll, compliance, and scheduling. It’s a challenge we hear time and again, and it’s exactly why JMS One was created.

We believe care teams deserve better: a single, unified system that connects everything together. No more duplicate entries, lost timesheets, or missed shifts. Just one place to manage your workforce with confidence.

It was also brilliant to see other providers who share the same mission to modernise care, including Ablyss/Blyssful, Norfolk Care, Aranet, Norfolk and Suffolk Care Support Ltd, and Age UK Norwich. There’s real collaboration happening in the region, and it’s exciting to see how everyone’s solutions complement one another to drive meaningful change.

To everyone we met, thank you for being so open about your challenges and ideas. We’re genuinely excited to continue the conversations and show how JMS One can help make your workforce management simpler, smarter, and far less stressful.

If we didn’t get a chance to catch up properly at the event (or if you want a quick demo of what we do), just drop us a message or visit https://jms-one.uk/rota-for-care-home. We’d love to show you how your next rota can be built in minutes, not hours!
